What items are returnable?

  • As a part of our Money Back Guarantee, we accept returns of our anti-snoring devices within 100 nights of delivery. 
  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in original packaging.
  • Please note that orders in transit cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be initiated until the item has been returned and inspected.
    Are there any charges for return?
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
    • You are responsible for return shipping charges
    How soon will I get my refund?
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 10 business days.

    In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Shipments that are returned without an RMA number will not be eligible for a refund. To initiate a refund or exchange, please send us an email to: support@sleephero.com.
